Why The IPhone 13 Doesn't Come With A Charger
After the iPhone 12, the power adapter is no longer included in every box, because Apple takes measures to reduce packaging waste (and earn some cash on accessories)
What Cable Does the iPhone 13 Use?
For anyone who decides to buy an iPhone 13, it’s important to remember a few things. Just like the previous iPhone 12, the iPhone 13 is not equipped with a charging adapter. Buyer will find iPhone 13, USB-C to Lightning charger cable, nothing more. This applies to all iPhone 13 models: including iPhone 13, iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 13 Pro, and iPhone 13 Pro Max.
With its new iPhone 13 and 13 Pro models, Apple once again abandoned the plug of the device to reduce packaging, and the phone is only equipped with a USB-C to Lightning data cable to charge it.
What Charger Does the iPhone 13 Support?
After iPhone 8, Apple’s smartphones support fast charging, which can be charged to 50% in 30 minutes.
But for fast charging, you must use a USB-C-to-Lightning cable and one of the following adapters: Apple 20W, 30W, 61W, 87W, or 96W USB-C power adapter; or support USB Power Delivery (USB -PD) third-party USB-C power adapter.
Apple iPhone 8 and later versions also support iphone Qi wireless charging, which can be used to charge these iPhones with a power of 7.5W through a supported wireless charging pad.
